Postage: MEDIA RATE: $4.50 for the first book and $1.25 each thereafter for all titles shipped at the same time. Books shipped at different times are billed at the higher rate. FIRST CLASS/PRIORITY: $5.00 for the first book and $2.25 each thereafter for all titles shipped at the same time. OVERSEAS: We regularly ship overseas, but please inquire as to the price before ordering, and specify whether you wish surface mail or airmail.
