The Maps of Antietam is nearly here!
« on: April 26, 2012, 10:38:26 AM »
Our advance copy of The Maps of Antietam arrived in the office this week. One is on its way to author Brad Gottfried, and we'll keep the other in the office for reference. The book looks great. Personally signed copies will be available. Call 916-941-6896 or reserve one here: http://tinyurl.com/7lew92l

We aren't posting these to torture those of you who have been waiting a long time for this book. Just to get you more excited!

Yes, I received my copy and even I am impressed!  This is my third map book and it is beautiful.  It has some heft to it (with 124 maps).  The maps just pop off the page-- they are vivid and easy to read, even the really detailed maps recounting the fighting during the morning in the West Woods.  It is definitely worth the wait!

Thanks, CW4ever. I can honestly say this is the most excited Ted Savas has been about advanced copies arriving in our office in a long time.

Please be sure to check out the book trailer on YouTube, and let us know what you think: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-d6nzRjCiM&list=UU0dF8dGp79SYwY9VAHef9qA&index=1&feature=plcp

The trailer for The Petersburg Campaign is coming soon too so stay tuned.
