I agree, it's way too hot for love right now, but we here at Savas Beatie are already planning for Valentine's Day! For all of those in the Cape May, NJ area - keep an eye out for Gene Barr coming your way for an event to celebrate Valentine's Day with the paperback release of, A Civil War Captain and His Lady. This was the first book I saw from release to reprint and the first tour that I booked, so I hold this title close to my heart (the romantic vibe made that easy to do as well!). I plan on celebrating the quickness that we have gone through the hardcovers to the release of the paperback with another strong push and hopefully a subsequent trip out to Illinois (once the snow has melted, of course!) for Gene.
Be sure to get your first edition hard cover copy while you still can - and keep an eye on our calendar for that Valentine's Day event!
